We support you in finding, vetting, and recruiting suitable Personal Assistants, including access to a digital PA register and give help with DBS checks.
You can rely on us for employment advice covering contracts, training, supervision, and managing workplace issues.
We work with partners to offer training opportunities and help you access funding for you and your PAs.
Our payroll service takes care of wages, tax, National Insurance, and HMRC submissions.
We offer managed account services to handle the financial side of Direct Payments on your behalf.
We help you plan for contingencies, including PA absences, emergencies, and changes in circumstances.
