PPL is an experienced provider of support and guidance for people who receive direct payments. Our Solihull team will offer you a personalised service to ensure you have choice and control over your care & support package.

Our Aim:

To enable you to maximise your independence so you are able to live the life you choose. We do this through providing the following services:

• Information about direct payments

• Support to contract with a care agency

• Support to recruit and employ a personal assistant

• Payroll package

• Managed account package

• Peer support forum

• Support in all areas of PHB

• Weekly in-person support sessions in Solihull

• Online drop-ins for extra flexibility

• Helpful workshops, such as Employer and Myepay sessions, to support you with managing your Direct Payments

• Regular newsletters and updates

• Continued partnership with Age UK to offer additional support on your Direct Payment journey
